Professional BackgroundRachel Green, PA-C is a proud Georgia native with a diverse and enriching background in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Music Therapy from Georgia College and State University, where she honed her skills before spending five years practicing in hospital and clinic settings. Building on her passion for patient care, Rachel pursued her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Emory University.
Her unique journey as a board-certified music therapist has shaped her compassionate approach to healthcare, offering her a distinctive perspective in patient care. Rachel’s dedication to cardiology is deeply personal, as she is the mother of a son born with a congenital heart anomaly, which has required ongoing interventions since birth. This experience has fueled her commitment to the field, particularly in educating patients about heart health and overall well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Rachel cherishes time with her family, enjoys outdoor activities, stays active through exercise, and loves watching television and playing music.
