“Most physicians walk into the exam room with laptop in hand which is an instant turn off for me. There isn’t anything more frustrating than a doctor who never makes eye contact during your entire visit because he’s too busy typing. Dr. Eilen walked in with a nurse. She typed so he could speak and listen directly to me. It made me feel like he was actually paying attention to my medical concerns. Thank you HVC for not allowing technology to replace the human side of medical care!” – Annamaria // Alpharetta, GA
