Lane Zhang, M.D., FHRS

Dr. Lane Zhang received his medical degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at NYU-Winthrop Hospital and his Cardiology fellowship at Albany Medical Center in New York. He completed his fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA before joining Heart and Vascular Care.

Dr. Zhang’s training includes ablation of complex atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, implantation of a wide array of cardiac devices including pacemakers, defibrillators, and left atrial appendage closure devices, and diagnosis and management of inherited arrhythmia syndromes. Specifically, Dr. Zhang is board certified in Internal Medicine, Adult Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

Dr. Zhang grew up in the Atlanta area where he now lives with his wife and two children. He enjoys outdoor activities, is an avid tennis player and golfer, and loves traveling with his family.
